Easy Crochet Basket Pattern

I made this easy crochet basket pattern last year as my first crochet project. Pattern is from Liz, detail about pattern is in her amazing blog (thank you, Liz!). It is a great pattern for beginner, because you will learn about working on the back loop only, how to create the handles, working under the line or ridge on the back of each hdc, and how to finish off with the no knot finishing method to create seamless join. Baby Sock Knitting Pattern

Just finished another knitted baby sock. Pattern is from Yarnspirations, Pretty Pattern Baby Socks. I used Caron Simply Soft Light yarn instead of Baby Jacquards. It was a big mistake, at least for me. The socks keep slipping from Charlotte’s little feet. Next time I definitely will use sock yarn. It’s a fast and fun project, by the way. I enjoying the process, that’s why I love knitting.
