Here is tutorial step by step about how to crochet baby stroller \/ baby carriage \/ mini pram amigurumi. In this tutorial I used worsted-weight yarn, and 3mm crochet hook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MATERIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worsted-weight yarn, 2 colors (I’m using blue and brown yarn)
7\/0 – 4.0mm (G) crochet hook
Wooden button diameter 2.5cm (4 pcs) for the wheels
Paper clip (1 pc) for the handle
Felt fabric to cover of the base of the stroller
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle, scissors, glue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABBREVIATIONS (US Crochet Terms) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

sl st: slip stitch
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
dc: double crochet
inc\/increase: 2 sc in the same stitch<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pattern for the BASE (an oval shape)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the blue yarn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 1: Chain 6. Sc in the 2nd<\/sup> loop from hook. Sc in next 3 loops. Then make 3 sc in the last loop. Put a stitch marker in the middle of 3 sc, to mark the tip of the oval (optional).
Continue sc in the next 3 loops. Then 2 sc in the same loop with the first sc of Round 1. Join with slip stitch. [total 12 sts]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 2: Ch 1. Increase (2 sc) in the next stitch. Sc in the next 3 sts. Increase (2 sc) in each of next 3 sts. Sc in the next 3 sts. Increase (2 sc) in each of next 2 sts. Join with slip stitch. [total 18 sts]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 3: Ch 1. (Sc, increase) in the next 2 sts. Sc in the next 3 sts. (Sc, increase) repeat 3 times for the next 6 sts. Sc in the next 3 sts. (Sc, increase) repeat 2 times for the next 4 sts. Join with slip stitch. [total 24 sts]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pattern for the SIDE of the BASKET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 1: Ch 1. Sc in each stitch around, in the BACK LOOPS ONLY. Join with slip stitch. [total 30 sts]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 2: Ch 1. Sc in each stitch around, in BOTH LOOPS. Join with slip stitch. [total 30 sts]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 3: Ch 1. Sc in each stitch around, in BOTH LOOPS. Join with slip stitch, or cut the yarn and use tapestry needle to make invisible join in the round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put 2 stitch marker in each of the middle of the side of the basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pattern for the CANOPY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row 1: Attach the brown yarn in the space with stitch marker. Then chain 3. Skip 2 sts, then sc in the next stitch. Continue sc in each stitch. STOP in the 3rd space before the other stitch marker. Then chain 3. Skip 2 spaces, slip stitch in the space with stitch marker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row 2: Ch 3, turn. Skip 2, sc in the next 2 sts, in the FRONT LOOPS only. Hdc in the next sts, also in the FRONT LOOPS only. Sc in the last 2 sts (FRONT LOOPS), then ch 3, and slip stitch in BOTH LOOPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row 3-7: Do the same pattern with Row 2, but in BACK LOOPS ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut the yarn and fasten off. Use tapestry needle to hide the yarn tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finishing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used the wooden button size 2.5cm (diameter) for the wheels. Attach the wooden button to the side of the basket with tapestry needle and glue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used a paper clip for the handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut a felt fabric into an oval shape to cover the base of the stroller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
