Fish Amigurumi No-Sew Crochet Pattern
This tiny fish is a no-sew project, crocheted all in one piece with built-in fins and tail. It’s also easy to customize with colors.

Materials
- Tiny chenille yarn (approx. 2 mm in diameter)
- 3.0 mm crochet hook
- 7 mm safety eyes
- Polyester fiberfill
- Scissors, tapestry needle, stitch marker
Abbreviations (US Terms)
- MR – Magic Ring
- sc – Single Crochet
- inc – Increase (2 sc in same stitch)
- dec – Decrease (sc 2 stitches together)
- sl st – Slip Stitch
- ch – Chain
- hdc – Half Double Crochet
- dc – Double Crochet

Notes
- Finished size: approx. 6 × 4 × 4 cm (using 2 mm chenille yarn & 3 mm hook).
- For a striped fish, try changing yarn colors on R6 and R9.

Body
- R1: MR, sc 6 [6]
- R2: inc around [12]
- R3: inc, sc 4, inc 2, sc 4, inc [16]
- R4: inc, sc 6, inc 2, sc 6, inc [20]
- R5: sc around [20]
- R6: sc around [20]
Side Fins (made in round 7)
- R7: sc 4, *(FLO: sl st, ch 2, hdc, ch 2, sl st) in the same space to make the first fin, sc 9, repeat * for the second fin, sc 5 [20]
Continue Body
- R8: sc 4, sc in BLO, sc 9, sc in BLO, sc 5 [20]
- R9–R10: sc around, sl st to join [20]
- R11: dec, sc 6, dec 2, sc 6, dec [16]
Place safety eyes between rounds 3 and 4. - R12: dec, sc 4, dec 2, sc 4, dec [12]
- R13: dec around [6]. Flatten the opening so the stitches line up into 3 pairs (3 sts on each side). sl st across to close the edge. Do not cut the yarn — continue directly to make the tail.
Tail Fin
- Ch 5, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, dc & hdc in the same st as ch-5, sc in next st, hdc & dc in next st, ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch, ch 2.
- Finish off and cut yarn. Leave a yarn tail, then weave in with a tapestry needle.
