Today I’m going to share with you my video tutorial about how to crochet Amigurumi Easter Egg. It also a perfect project if you want to make soft baby toy.

In this video tutorial, I am using Lily Sugar n Cream yarn (100% cotton, worsted weight yarn), and crochet hook size 4 mm.

ABBREVIATIONS
(US Crochet Terms)

MR: Magic Ring
st(s): stitch(es)
sl st: slip stitch
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
inc: increase (make 2 sc in the same space)
dec: decrease (sc2tog) – use Invisible Decrease for better result
[#]: number of stitche(s) in a round

Hook: 4 mm

Note: Working in the round. Use stitch marker to mark first stitch in every round.

PATTERN:

Round 1: In a Magic Ring, sc 6 [6 sts]
Round 2: (Sc, inc) x3 [9 sts]
Round 3: (Sc in 2 sts, inc) x3 [12 sts]
Round 4: (Sc in 2 sts, inc) x4 [16 sts]
Round 5: (Sc in 3 sts, inc) x4 [20 sts]
Round 6: (Sc in 9 sts, inc) x2 [22 sts]
Round 7: (Sc in 10 sts, inc) x2 [24 sts]
Round 8-9: Sc in each stitch [24 sts]
Round 10: (Sc in 10 sts, dec) x2 [22 sts]
Round 11: (Sc in 9 sts, dec) x2 [20 sts]
Round 12: (Sc in 3 sts, dec) x4 [16 sts]
Round 13: (Sc in 2 sts, dec) x4 [12 sts]
Round 14: Dec x6 [6 sts]

Cut the yarn. Fasten off.
